Devlisting is a site that contains all of the resources you might need when you're lookin' around the web world for inspiration, tips or tools. It's great because you can 'pin the ones you like, and just skip over the ones you know. It has a whole section devoted to CSS. I recommend “clean CSS” and “HTMLDog”. The sites are easy to navigate and I think they're pretty helpful to answer random design and coding questions.
