User Experience

This video is an interesting look into the User Experience. Marc Hassenzahl discusses his views on the user experience and how he dislikes the term. To him, experience is way more than what you simply see and the ease on which you navigate a website. You must also include psychology, and what it would mean to design towards an actual experience as apposed to designing strictly to an aesthetic point of view. This video really brings into light the different aspects that go into making a great user experience.
